Growing Our Team of Carer Support Workers

Here at ESBH Crossroads Care we take pride in our staff retention and despite the issues affecting recruitment within Adult Social Care, we have recently welcomed four Carer Support Workers into our team.

This has been in response to the increase of demand for our services and staff retirement.

They are currently undertaking a thorough induction and training programme; we hope to have our new members out with their own clients later this summer.
