ESBH Crossroads Care is a registered charity dedicated to providing home care services to unpaid carers in Brighton, Hove, and East Sussex.
We put you, the carer, at the heart of everything we do. Whether you care for a family member, friend, or neighbour, we will support you to take away some of the everyday stress of caring.
We don’t want there to be any barriers to support.
At Crossroads Care, we:
- Welcome self-referrals from unpaid carers, their friends, family, and professionals.
- Can help regardless of where you, the carer is in your journey. Often, the earlier we can provide support, the better.
- Can signpost to other services that may be able to support you as an unpaid carer.
- Can refer the cared-for for a care needs assessment and the carer for a Carer’s Assessment if you need an ongoing package of support.
All of this is done with the full input of the carer and other family members, where relevant.
We’re all about supporting unpaid carers across East Sussex, Brighton & Hove, as we know what a hugely valuable job they do.
